Leadership Retreats

Sometimes retreating and recharging is the best answer to forward progress. We offer small retreats for executive leaders to recharge, reflect, and gain the support of intentional coaching and supportive colleagues. These times away help leaders gain important rest and new insight so they can go back to their contexts and lead with renewed energy.

Our retreats provide a mixture of intentional coaching, spiritual mentoring, and time for rest and enjoyment. These executive retreats are designed to support the body, mind and soul of leaders. If you are looking for specific tips on navigating a difficult aspect of your ministry our team will be there to provide support as your process and plan a strategy for that element of your ministry. Our retreat team is always composed of experts who provide insight into the four areas we focus on: Stewardship, Staffing, Strategy and Soul Care.
